I, Erin K. Spittal, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, LPCC #18759, your therapist and partner in healing, am dedicated to providing therapy and mental health education. I bring years of clinical expertise and a passion for helping individuals achieve emotional well-being. With a commitment to providing personalized, evidence-based strategies, I guide clients towards balanced mental health and resilience.

Just like physical therapy is there to help you with your physical body…

Mental health therapy is here to help you with your mental & emotional well-being and strength.

What I Do:

I offer a stress-free therapeutic setting allowing you to be you. I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help you navigate life’s challenges, heal from past pain, and discover confidence, self-acceptance, and meaning in your life.

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll build practical skills, deepen self-awareness, and work toward the life you want to create.

A variety of therapeutic modalities are utilized throughout a session:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to challenge unhelpful thoughts and build healthier patterns.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – to improve emotional regulation and interpersonal skills.

  • Psychodynamic Approach — to help understand and heal deep-rooted emotional patterns and relationship issues.

  • Existential therapy — to help find meaning and cope with life’s challenges, choices, uncertainties.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) – to explore and heal inner conflicts with compassion.

  • Mindfulness-Based Practices – to increase presence, reduce stress, and foster balance.

  • Trauma-Informed Care – to create a safe space for processing and healing past experiences.

Personal Statement:

It takes bold strength to step out and seek answers that lead to a more fulfilling, happy life. I want to be the first of many to tell you that I am proud of you for taking the crucial first steps needed to get you headed in the right direction. If you are ready to learn more about yourself and take a few more steps, I am here to support and empower you. Together, as your partner in healing, I aim to boost your self-esteem and confidence while creating self-acceptance and a strong sense of purpose.

I have worked with clients in various mental health settings with problems ranging from severe mental illness to situational life stress. Some special interests include anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and personality disorders among children, adolescents, and adults.
